and fax or mail to the location indicated on the form.
Confirmation
Participants who have registered and paid fees will receive confirmation by email only. You must print out this emailed confirmation and present it at the meeting desk in order to receive the abstract book and name badge. Any participants who do not receive an emailed confirmation letter must present proof of payment at the meeting desk. Your name badge must be worn at all times to gain access to the scientific sessions and dining areas.
Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Organiser. For cancellation before 1 July 2008, seventy-five per cent of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.
Meeting desk
The meeting desk will be open from 12 noon until 7 pm on Tuesday, 2 September and then on each day of the conference. It will be open an hour before sessions start and an hour after sessions end for any questions for attendees. Further details to follow.
Attire
Please note this is a resort and attendees will need to walk from their rooms to the meeting space. It's an expansive resort and the weather should be warm, 60–70 degrees, so high heals and business attire may be a bit much; business or resort casual will be more appropriate.
